Cincinnati authorities have reportedly arrested two men connected with the murder of T.I.'s friend in a 2006 shootout.
As reported earlier, T.I. and his entourage got into an altercation with a group of unidentified people at Cincinnati's Club Ritz in 2006.
The group of unidentified people would follow T.I.'s crew as they left the club and shot at the two vans carrying the rapper and his entourage on a Cincinnati highway.
Philant Johnson, T.I.'s longtime friend and personal assistant, would be pronounced dead at the scene while four other people in T.I.'s entourage would be rushed to hospital for injuries.
According to The Kentucky Post, police have arrested 34-year-old Hosea Thomas and 40-year-old Pardon Thomas in connection with Johnson’s murder and have both been charged with murder and felonious assault.

every body want to act as though Tip didn`t have a part in what happened to his friend .even though it was so wrong how they handled the situation you just can`t com to my city direspect our hoes my niggas and think it`s cool i don`t care T.I. is use to them in the studio wars the shit is real out here in these streets and if he`s from the hood he should know times are changing you either keep up with or get caught slipping. Really they didn`t have to shoot T.I weigh every bit of 115/120 they could have just knocked his coofy off and call it a day.See what makes me mad is that these rappers glorify violence,popping xxxxtacy fucking these rediculous hoes knowing they don`t live that life. Be real young brothers and sisters be safe out here and the family of that young fallen soulja i`m so sorry for what these cincinnati cats did to your baby nobody deserves to die the way he did peace and love to everybody hope you find justice and peace.

So T.I must kno every1??.....sum random niggas mad him n Yung Joc (yall kno he wuz der 2, along wit 20 otha ppl) wuz thowin stax at em....these are Cincinnati cats mind u. How he gonna snitch em out? They wuz RUNNING 4rm da niggas getnn blasted at. Don`t kno how u can see faces, 1st n last names, addresses n shyt on a hi-speed chase. I could careless bout Mr. T.I its jus where 2 yall niggas get yall info...u gotta pay 2 play...I kno dis, I done been locced up 8 times n got off ez. Why? Dem white folks want dat $$$$$$!!!! I herd T.I. snitched to get out.
The murder happened in 2006 but they finally "found" evidence to arrest and convict these two guys. T.I. just caught his case and he`s getting off pretty easy......From what i hear he gave them info on who murdered his friend to get of easy.....I mean what`s he got to loose. Better to tell on your enemies than to snitch on your friends..... Its all good T.I. I guess they deserve to go down for killin your boy.
