DMX's legal woes behind the wheel continue to mount as the Yonkers bred rapper was arrested in Miami yesterday (June 23) for driving without a valid driver's license.

According to The Associated Press, DMX was picked up about 1:30 p.m. Monday on an arrest warrant for lacking a driver's license.

The Yonkers bred rapper would be taken into custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Institute and would be released hours later on bond.

This marks the second time this year that DMX has been busted for his behavior behind the wheel.  In May, he was arrested in Arizona for driving his Chevy at triple digit speeds with a suspended license.
