A Florida man is reportedly suing Lil Wayne and Birdman for using his voice on their collabo album Like Father, Like Son without permission.
According to The Miami Herald, Thomas Marasciullo claims that the Cash Money rappers asked him to record 'mafia movie' inspired skits for the album but failed to pay him for the skits and used them without permission.
Marasciullo, who filed the lawsuit in a New York court on Friday (October 30), claims that the Cash Money label fired his son after he began demanding his payment for the skits.
Marasciullo's son was a recording engineer for Cash Money.
Marasciullo's lawsuit also names Cash Money's parent label, Universal Records. He is seeking unspecified damages.
Representatives for Cash Money and Universal were unavailable for comment.
