During a concert at New York’s Roseland Ballroom on Friday night(October 12 ), Nas announced that his ninth solo album will be titled Nigga and will be released in December.

According to MTV,  a source attached to the project confirmed the controversial title yesterday (October 13).

Nas will be releasing his Greatest Hits collection on November 6th.  The compilation will include two new songs ,  “Surviving the Times” and Less Than An Hour featuring Cee-Lo of Gnarls Barkley.

A video for “Surviving the Times” will be shot in the coming days.

Nas will also be appearing on Jay-Z’s upcoming album American Gangster which also drops on November 6th.
